Chris Gallo

Chris Gallo began their work experience as a Watershed Management Intern at Swanton Pacific Ranch in 2009. Chris then worked as a Research Assistant at Cal Poly State University before joining Simplot Grower Solutions as a Precision Ag Specialist in 2011. In 2013, they became a Precision AG Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, specializing in GIS support and data analysis for various crops. In 2016, they transitioned to Yara North America Inc as a Regional Sales Manager. Recently, in October 2021, they were promoted to VP- US Western Region Sales & Marketing at Yara North America.

Chris Gallo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they attended from 2006 to 2011. Chris also holds additional certifications including an Agriculture Pest Control Adviser License from the Department of Pesticide Regulation, obtained in 2016, and a Certified Crop Advisor certification from the American Society of Agronomy, obtained in 2013.
