Curtis Griffin

Curtis Griffin is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in the fertilizer industry. Currently serving as Engineering and Project Manager at Yara North America since January 2020, Curtis has also held significant positions such as Engineering Manager at Yara International and Manager of Fertilizer Technology and Engineering at Pegasus TSI. Prior roles include Manager of Process Engineering and Fertilizer Technology at Jacobs, Operations and Project Engineering Manager at Master Halco, Inc., and Area Manager for Operations and Project Engineering at The Mosaic Company. Curtis began a career at CF Industries as a Senior Process Engineer and Project Engineer. Academically, Curtis holds an M.B.A. and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
