Michelle Kitzmiller has extensive work experience in various roles. Michelle began their career at The Home Depot in 1995 as an Associate Manager and progressed to Administrative Assistant Manager. Michelle then worked at Household Retail Services as a Lead Specialist and Customer Service Representative. In 1999, Michelle joined Yara North America, where they held several positions, including Customer Service Representative, Marketing Coordinator, Regional Manager, Customer Service Manager, Commercial Excellence Manager, Premium Products Manager, Senior Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Premium Products. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership, consistently achieving success and driving growth in their respective roles.

Michelle Kitzmiller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tulane University, which they earned from 1991 to 1995. Michelle later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Management & Supply Chain from the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2009.
