Dr. Jim Kanichirayil

Dr. Jim Kanichirayil serves as the VP of Growth and Product Evangelist at EngageRocket, while also acting as a Product Ambassador for Yardstick and a GTM Advisor and Board Member for Mattingly Solutions. In addition, Dr. Kanichirayil co-founded and co-hosts both Cascading Leadership, focusing on the leadership journeys of women, immigrants, and BIPOC senior leaders, and Talent Strategy 60, a community aimed at enhancing talent strategy leadership. Recognized as a Top 10 Thought Leader in DEI and Sales and a Top 25 Thought Leader in Human Resources by Thinkers360, Dr. Kanichirayil actively participates in communities like RevGenius and Salescast. Previous teaching roles include instructing at TrainYo and volunteering at Strively.org, promoting diversity and inclusion within the tech sector.
