Natalie Gaetani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natalie started their career as an intern at Movement Research in 2011, where they opened studio space, registered classes, and maintained a clean and inviting atmosphere. Natalie then interned at New York Live Arts in 2012, serving refreshments to guests and engaging in supportive conversations about the artists and their work.
In the same year, Natalie worked as a receptionist at Aire Ancient Baths New York, where they helped open a new business, handled customer situations and complaints, and managed appointments and gift box sales. Natalie also gained experience as a front desk associate at The Feldenkrais Institute of New York, educating prospective students and managing practitioner schedules.
Natalie joined Trader Joe's in 2015 as a crew member, where they took responsibility for section order writing, inventory management, client transactions, and promoting store products to improve the customer experience. Natalie worked at Trader Joe's until 2017.
In 2016, Natalie worked as an integrative health coach at One Breath At A Time, building a client base through referrals and networking. Natalie personalized wellness plans for each client and provided ongoing support for six months, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
From 2018 to 2019, Natalie served as a wellness coach at Meadowlark Wellness Center, practicing in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner. Natalie conducted individual coaching sessions, facilitated health goals, and participated in weekly case reviews.
Natalie then became a wellness coach at Health Advocate from 2020 to 2022, implementing custom wellness plans for 25 individuals through education and motivational interviewing. Natalie developed and maintained relationships with members through virtual one-on-one coaching, utilizing independent thinking to resolve member problems.
After their role at Health Advocate, Natalie worked as an accountability coach at Calibrate in 2022, where they provided guidance and support to clients. Currently, they are a growth agent at Yardzen, starting in November 2022.
Natalie Gaetani began their education at Ursinus College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Dance. Natalie then pursued further education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition from 2015 to 2016, focusing on Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching. Additionally, Natalie has obtained additional certifications such as Certified Tobacco Cessation Coach from the American Lung Association in January 2020 and an Integrative Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in July 2016.
