Caroline Goldsmith

Caroline Goldsmith is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in demand generation and growth strategies. Currently serving as Head of Growth at CyCognito since September 2025, Caroline has held various leadership roles including Head of Marketing at Accelario, and Senior Director of Demand Generation at both GrowthSpace and Transmit Security. Previous positions also include Marketing Director at WhiteSource and Podicko Diamonds, as well as Senior Marketing Strategist at WalkMe™. Caroline founded and directed inhalo Salt Therapy, a business in Hong Kong, and has held the position of Marketing Director at APS Air Parts Services & Supplies and Marketing Manager at FreeMind Group. Educational qualifications include a BA in History and Art History from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Marketing from Manchester University.
