Sam Stone

Sam is responsible for ensuring Abri achieves the corporate strategy target of 10,000 new homes between 2020 and 2030. Covering from the M23 in the east through to the M5 in the west, Sam oversees the three Heads of Land & Planning to deliver s106 acquisitions, package deals, land acquisitions and corporate/contractual joint ventures. Sam worked for regional and PLC housebuilders from 2000, prior to Joining Abri in 2019.
