Israr Malik currently serves as Operations Manager at Chalhoub Group, starting in December 2023. Previously, Israr held various roles at noon from October 2016 to November 2023, progressing from Assistant Operations Manager to Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing daily operations for outbound and inventory teams and overseeing significant logistics and inventory accuracy. Israr co-founded A Star Event and Productions, focusing on event management in the UAE and Pakistan, from August 2011 to April 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as Sales Specialist at HSBC from March 2010 to August 2011. Israr is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Project Management at Abertay University and holds a certification in Google Data Analytics from Coursera.
