Nesreen Haidar

Nesreen Haidar currently serves as the Senior Associate of People Experience & Culture at Chalhoub Group, focusing on employee journey mapping to enhance engagement and wellbeing. Prior to this role, Nesreen was a Teaching Assistant at The British School of Kuwait, where lessons in reading, writing, and mathematics were planned and executed, while fostering a positive learning environment. Earlier experience at Chalhoub Group as a Loyalty Coordinator involved collaborating with brands to curate promotional experiences, along with prior marketing internships at Arab Investment Company and Mabanee Company. Nesreen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the American University of the Middle East and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in a dual degree program with HEC Montreal.
