Ghislain Liard

Ghislain Liard is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Plant Quality Manager at YASA since October 2022, and holding a long-standing position as Product Engineering Architect at Faurecia since September 2008. Throughout various roles at Faurecia, Ghislain has successfully managed new product introductions, significantly reduced customer non-quality costs, achieved high customer quality results, and led major transitions in logistics and quality assurance. Notable achievements include securing 10% and 20% productivity improvements in manufacturing operations, transitioning the plant to IATF 16949 standards, and receiving the "Most Accountable" manager award in 2018. Ghislain holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Ecole centrale de Nantes, obtained in 2008.
