Deepak Kaku

Deepak Kaku is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and leadership roles. Deepak is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Yasho Industries Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, Deepak held the same position at NBHC from February 2022 to March 2023.

Deepak's most extensive work experience was at Navneet Education Limited, where they served as CFO from December 2014 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for various key responsibilities, including board engagement, value creation, investment analysis and execution, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning & analysis, and cost optimization.

Before joining Navneet Education Limited, Deepak held the position of CFO at Samira Habitats India Limited from February 2011 to November 2014. Deepak also worked at ANZ as COO-INDIA from January 2004 to January 2011, and at Intelenet Global Services as Senior Manager – Finance from July 2002 to December 2003.

Deepak's early career includes a role as Assistant Manager - Finance at Stream Global Services from March 2000 to June 2002, where they handled various financial functions such as cash flow management, project financing, and cost control. Deepak started their career as an Article Assistant at Nitin Shingala & Co from 1996 to 1998.

Deepak Kaku completed their Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1995 and 1999. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounts, and Corporate Law from Jai Hindu jobs from 1992 to 1997. Deepak's secondary education was completed at Don Bosco High School. Additionally, Deepak has obtained a certification in DIP-IFRS from ACCA-UK.
