Lakshmi Purella

Lakshmi Purella has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lakshmi is currently serving as the Head HR at Yasho Industries Limited since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head HR at Accra Pac India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2021 to April 2022. Lakshmi also has experience as a freelance human resources specialist from August 2020 to July 2021.

Before their freelance work, they held the position of AGM HR at Polycab India Limited from September 2006 to July 2020. Lakshmi also worked as a Human Resources Officer at Polycab Wires Private Limited in Daman from July 2003 to March 2005. Lakshmi began their career as a Recruiter at a consultancy firm from January 2002 to February 2003. Lakshmi also worked as a Management Trainee at The Andhra Sugars Ltd. from December 2000 to December 2001.

Lakshmi Purella obtained a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degree from Sir C R Reddy College from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Ch.S.D. St. THERESAS (A) COLLEGE FOR WOMEN from 1995 to 2008, majoring in Economics, Politics, and History. Lakshmi also obtained certifications in Talent Management and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
