Vidya Bhushan Dewangan

Vidya Bhushan Dewangan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vidya Bhushan is currently working as the Unit Head HR at Yashoda Hospitals since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Of Human Resources at Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. from 2021 to 2022, where they managed the HR and L&D vertical for the organization at a pan-India level. Vidya Bhushan played a key role in the HR Digital Journey for sustainable growth.

Before that, Vidya Bhushan served as the Zonal Head of HR (Customer Acquisition) for South and West regions at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited from 2017 to 2021. From 2014 to 2017, they were a business owner.

Vidya Bhushan gained valuable experience at Bharti Infratel Limited from 2010 to 2014, where they were responsible for campus hiring and building the company's brand through social media. Prior to that, Vidya Bhushan worked at Tata Docomo Business Services as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources from 2009 to 2010, focusing on manpower dimensioning and performance management.

Starting their career at Future Group People Office in 2006, Vidya Bhushan held various roles such as Senior Executive of Human Resources and Management Trainee. Vidya Bhushan handled employee engagement activities, recreational events, and the implementation of educational programs.

Vidya Bhushan Dewangan holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource, specifically a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM - Human Resource), which was obtained from Sri Sringeri Sharada Institute Of Management. Vidya Bhushan pursued this degree from 2004 to 2006.

Prior to their Master's Degree, Vidya Bhushan Dewangan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. Vidya Bhushan obtained this degree from 2000 to 2003.
