Cory McHugh

Cory McHugh has a strong background in human resources, spanning over two decades. Their most recent experience includes serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Yaskawa America, Inc. - Drives & Motion Division since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at the same company since June 2010.

Before joining Yaskawa, Cory worked at Qualex, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. Cory led a team of HR professionals across 10 manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada, and also played a key role in the consolidation of Qualex Canadian operations into Kodak Canada, Inc. during their tenure.

During their time at Frisby P.M.C., Inc., Cory served as the Director of Human Resources from April 1997 to July 2000. Cory provided comprehensive HR support to a manufacturing facility that specialized in precision machined components.

Cory's career began at Omron Manufacturing of America, Inc. as a Human Resources Representative. Here, they gained experience in providing HR support to a Fortune 500 manufacturing facility. Cory also actively participated in ISO 9000 registration compliance activities.

Cory McHugh obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 1999 and 2002. Cory also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from National-Louis University, although the start and end years are unspecified.
