Eric Koesters has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Eric started their career as an Engineering Co-op at Dayton Power and Light in 1995. Eric then joined Copeland Corporation as an Engineering Co-op in 1996. In 1998, they joined Yaskawa America, Inc. - Motoman Robotics Division as an Engineer and worked their way up to Senior Engineer in 2001. Eric continued their growth at Yaskawa, taking on the roles of Project Engineer from 2003 to 2010, Senior Project Engineer from 2010 to 2015, and finally, Associate Chief Engineer since May 2015.

Eric Koesters attended the University of Cincinnati from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Electrical Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field.
