Stephen Stark began their work experience in 1991 as an R&D Project Coordinator at Shaw Industries. Stephen then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Siemens Energy & Automation from 1998 to 2000, where they developed solutions for factory automation. From 2001 to 2007, Stark served as a Senior Programmer at Per-Se Technologies (now McKesson Corporation), where they collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and tailored healthcare resource and account management solutions for clients. Stephen then joined DataFlux in 2007 as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of data quality management products. In 2010, Stark became the Associate Chief Software Lead at Motoman, where they currently work.

Stephen Stark has pursued post baccalaureate studies in Statistical Research at California State University-San Bernardino. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Humanities degree in Liberal Arts from Penn State University. Stephen has also attended the University of California, Riverside, where they earned a Certificate in Teaching with a specialization in Tesol.
