Matt Ursino has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Matt began their career at Copley Controls Corp as an Associate Product Engineer, where they developed test programs and product improvements. Matt then progressed to roles such as Project Manager, Application Engineer, and eventually Application Engineering Manager, where they managed and trained a team of engineers and provided application support for complex systems.

Matt later joined Analogic Corporation as a Hardware/System Engineer, where they conducted performance evaluations and tests for high power PWM amplifiers and power supplies in the medical industry. Matt also investigated and solved reliability and quality issues.

Most recently, Matt worked at Yaskawa-Solectria Solar as a Senior Reliability Engineer. Here, they were responsible for reliability improvements of existing and new products. Matt conducted root cause analysis of inverter field failures, performed validation testing and thermal testing for new products, and generated component derating guidelines for engineers. Matt also designed experiments to replicate field conditions that led to product failures and conducted qualification testing of new components.
