Mark Minorik

Mark Minorik is the current Engagement Lead at Yates. Prior to their current position, Mark served as the Chief Operating Officer at Equiact from February 2018 to April 2019. From September 2012 to March 2018, Mark was the Director of Transformation at Information Services Group. Mark also spent 11 years at American Airlines, where they started as a Senior Manager in 2001 and eventually became the Director of Information Systems in 2010. Mark began their career in 1991 as an Information Systems Analyst at American Girl.

Mark Minorik has a MBA in Finance from Cardinal Stritch University and a B.S in Telecommunication Engineering and Management from DeVry University.

They work with Michael Voellinger - Managing Director, Marketing, Craig Nichols - Partner, and Cathy White - Head of Automation and AI. Mark Minorik reports to Charlotte Yates, Founder and CEO.
