Mr. Wu is a Life Honorary Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Honorary Permanent President of the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society and the Permanent Honorary President of the Hong Kong Securities Association Limited. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited, Henderson Investment Limited, Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited and Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited, all of which are companies listed in Hong Kong.
