Donna Svetich has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Donna started their career as a Nursing Director at Banner Health in 1985 and held various roles until 2013, where they successfully managed initiatives, developed high-performing teams, and drove organizational culture. From 1995 to 2013, they worked at Front Range Community College as a Nursing Educator, where they coached and supervised students and participated in professional development activities. From 2013 to 2015, Donna served as the CNO/Director of Clinical Operations & Outcomes at PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Hospital. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Nursing Services at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, where they lead and engages teams, exceeds quality outcomes, and creates a positive patient experience.
Donna Svetich earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Purdue University Northwest from 1981 to 1984. Donna then completed their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the University of Northern Colorado from 1991 to 1994. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2015.
