Mark Yuan

Mark Yuan is an experienced Functional Consultant at YAVICA, with a robust background in leading and implementing enterprise CRM and ERP software solutions across multiple organizations. Previously, at MNP, Mark served as the M365, D365 & Power Platform Architect Lead, managing a team of developers and analysts, and provided subject matter expertise while supporting Dynamics 365 initiatives. Mark's tenure at Quartech as a Solutions Architect involved similar leadership and implementation roles within the PMO domain. Early career experiences include positions as a Business System Analyst at TELUS, where Mark developed Business Intelligence solutions, and as a Solution Architect at Safeway Canada, where Mark led software development teams and advocated for Agile methodologies. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University.
