Stefanus Aryawan

Stefanus Aryawan has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Stefanus has served as the Director of Operations at Yayasan Plan International Indonesia, where they provided support to operational challenges and managed the Finance, Human Resources, Logistics & Admin, and IT teams. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Management Consultant, focusing on fundraising, operation, strategy, financial, and sustainable aspects. Stefanus also served as the Director of Development at The Nature Conservancy, overseeing corporate fundraising activities and securing significant commitments for conservation projects. Stefanus has extensive experience in business development, financial management, and strategic planning, having worked as a Director at PT. Aquata Prima Mandiri and the Chief Financial Officer at Putera Sampoerna Foundation. Stefanus also has experience in project management and strategy consulting from their roles at Bank Internasional Indonesia, Multipolar Corp., PB & Co. (PB Utama Consulting), and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Stefanus Aryawan obtained a BSc. degree in Marketing from Boston College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Stefanus also holds additional certifications in Safeguarding Essentials from the Humanitarian Leadership Academy (obtained in 2020) and The Science of Well-Being from Coursera (obtained in 2019).
