Lindsey Elkin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Lindsey is currently the Co-Founder of Yayem, a global platform for learning and networking. Previously, Lindsey worked as an Advisor, providing growth strategies and team development for technology startups. Lindsey was also a Board Member at Flexyforce and a Mentor at MEST Africa, where they helped early-stage startups in Africa with their go-to-market strategies and organizational growth.

Before that, Lindsey had a successful career at Uber, where they held multiple positions including Head of Marketing for Sub-Saharan Africa, Senior Marketing Manager in South Africa, and Marketing Manager in Cape Town. During their time at Uber, Lindsey led the centralization of marketing efforts and expansion into new countries in Africa.

Prior to Uber, Lindsey was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar and worked as a Production Intern at NBC Dateline. Through their experiences, Lindsey has gained expertise in marketing, growth strategies, team development, and expanding businesses into new markets.

Lindsey Elkin obtained their Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, where they studied Human & Organisational Development. During their time there from 2008 to 2012, they also pursued double minors in Corporate Strategy and Communications.
