Katie Watts Fitzgibbon

Katie Watts Fitzgibbon is an experienced retail executive serving as Co-Founder and Chief Merchant at Yaysay since May 2023. Previously, Katie held several leadership roles at Stitch Fix from October 2017 to May 2023, including GM/Vice President for Women's, Men's, and Kids divisions, and Vice President of Merchandising for Women's. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at Saks Off Fifth from 2016 to 2018, and various merchandising positions at Gilt.com from 2011 to 2018. Earlier in the career, Katie worked as a Senior Merchandiser at Old Navy from 2007 to 2011 and participated in the Retail Management Program at Gap Inc. in 2008. Katie began professional career at Gryphon Investors in consumer products and retail from 2005 to 2006.
