Katie Gerten

Katie Gerten is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Director at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch since October 2024, Katie has previously held similar roles at Youth Dynamics of Montana from February 2013 to October 2024, alongside various positions including Public Relations Specialist and Family Development Manager. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Montana, earned between 2018 and 2022, and possesses dual Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Psychology, obtained from the same institution between 2003 and 2009.
