Elodie Caudal is a senior consultant at YCE Partners since December 2021, specializing in strategy and management consulting for key players in social protection, with responsibilities including the supervision of junior consultants and client relationship management. Previous experience includes a PhD at the University of Strasbourg, where a doctoral project focused on the dissection of complex traits in natural yeast populations, alongside roles in scientific communication and outreach. Elodie has gathered diverse experience in laboratory settings and has been actively involved in recruiting and internal development initiatives within the consulting firm. Elodie's educational background includes a Doctorate in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Master's in Integrated Molecular and Cellular Biology, reinforcing a strong foundation in biological sciences.
