Anna Komarova

Anna Komarova's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Consultant at Norman Consulting. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Expert Recruitment Agency. In 2010, they joined Deloitte & Touche as a Training and Recruitment Lead. In 2012, they transitioned to Jeweler Network 585, where they served as an HR Manager until 2016 and then as an HR Business partner until 2018. Anna'smost recent role was as an HR Director at YCLIENTS.COM starting in October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing strategic HR initiatives, managing a team of HR professionals, providing HR counsel and guidance, overseeing recruitment and talent development, ensuring a culture of inclusion and belonging, administering policies and programs, and executing compensation and benefits strategy.

Anna Komarova earned a Master's degree in International Economy from Saint Petersburg State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they also completed a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnic Sociology at the same university from 2003 to 2008.
