Sergey Mashkovtsev

Sergey Mashkovtsev started their career in 2005 as a Specialist of personnel assessment at GC Omskiy Bacon. Sergey then worked as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Eksmo from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, Sergey became the Head of C&B at OTP Bank (Russia) and held this position until 2012. Sergey then joined Pay-Me as a COO from 2012 to 2015. Sergey worked as a Product Manager at Avito from 2016 to 2018. Sergey then joined OZON.ru as a Product owner Seller Experience from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Sergey is working at YCLIENTS.COM as a CPO, a position they have held since September 2019.

From 2000 to 2005, Sergey Mashkovtsev studied at Omsk State University (OSU), where they obtained a Master's degree in HRM&Labor economics.
