Murray Waugh

Murray Waugh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Yealands Wine Group since April 2024, overseeing Procurement, IT, and Company Secretary functions. Prior to this, Waugh held various leadership roles at Spark New Zealand, including Finance Lead Partner for Group Performance and Capital Markets, as well as Consumer, SME, and Marketing. Waugh also served as CFO for Fonterra's FMCG business and contributed significantly to performance transformation and innovation within the company. Earlier career experiences include positions at International Power PLC, Xtract Energy Plc, PwC, Goldman Sachs, and KPMG. Murray Waugh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, with studies in Accounting, Commercial Law, Political Science, and Economics.
