Allan Alday

Allan Alday has extensive experience in corporate engagement and program management within the education sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up since February 2016, Allan has held various roles within the organization, including Deputy Director and Associate Director positions. Prior to Year Up, Allan worked at the Foundation for California Community Colleges in multiple program management roles from July 2013 to December 2015, and briefly as a Business Plan Analyst at StudentsFirst. Allan's early career includes an Education Pioneers Fellowship at QuestBridge and positions as a Metallurgical Engineer and Management Associate at Gerdau Ameristeel. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Materials Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
