Arnell Morgan-Bean

Arnell Morgan-Bean currently serves as Associate Director of Central Career Services at Year Up since August 2016, overseeing multiple roles including Associate Director of Employment Placement and Employment Placement Manager. Prior experience includes working as Senior Project Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Labor from February to August 2016, where responsibilities involved managing high-level project functions for the Job Corps. As Workforce Development Specialist at Management & Training Corporation from June 2013 to January 2016, Arnell focused on creating job opportunities for graduates and maintained corporate partnerships. At ODLE Management Group from June 2010 to May 2013, career transition services were provided to a large caseload of students. Earlier work with the Georgia Department of Labor from February 2005 to May 2010 included comprehensive case management and service provision for a diverse population. Arnell holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, obtained between 2017 and 2019.
