Damaris Berrio

Damaris Berrio currently serves as a Placement Success Manager and Internship Services Manager at Year Up, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Damaris worked at the Red Sox Foundation from June 2021 to October 2022 as a Program Coordinator and Fellow. Experience also includes a role as a Front Desk Representative at Harborside Inn, where responsibilities included ensuring property maintenance and guest satisfaction. In the nonprofit sector, Damaris contributed to the Letters Foundation, first as a Volunteer Intern and later as External Relations, overseeing social media management and event planning. Damaris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University, earned in May 2021.
