Jess McKean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Currently serving as the CFO of Talent Solutions, Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis at Year Up United since March 2019, Jess has also held roles as Senior Director and Director of Corporate Development within the same organization. In addition to ongoing advisory work at WayUp since May 2019, Jess previously contributed to WayUp from January 2016 to March 2019 as Director of Finance and held positions as Senior Manager in Finance & Accounting and in Business Development. Prior experience includes serving as Analytics Lead at Pure Growth Partners and a Business Operations Analyst in Unilever's Rotational Program.
