Jessica Marcus currently serves as the Senior Director of Research & Evaluation at Year Up, a position held since March 2020, having previously occupied the role of Director of Research & Evaluation. Prior to this, Jessica was a Research Fellow at the University of Chicago's Urban Labs in 2018. Jessica's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Community Solutions, Inc., where roles encompassed Deputy Director, Data and Performance Manager, and Research and Quality Assurance Coordinator from July 2011 to July 2017. Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.
