Lou Difrancesco

Lou DiFrancesco serves as the Associate Director of Analytics and Strategy at Year Up, overseeing corporate development and strategic planning initiatives, developing standard operating procedures, and constructing complex financial models to drive long-term growth. Prior to this role, Lou was an Independent Consultant, managing the development of a startup non-profit focused on education for underserved children in the NY-metro area. Lou's extensive experience at Charles Schwab & Co included positions such as Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed managing budgeting, forecasting, and analytical functions for a $3B product portfolio and supporting strategic planning to achieve financial targets. Earlier career roles included marketing management at Dow Jones & Company and financial analysis at Chevron. Lou holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Sc. in Finance from San José State University.
