Paola Garcia

Paola Garcia has an extensive background in education and management, currently serving as the Director of Enrollment Learning and Operations at Year Up since May 2017, where responsibilities include acting as the Pipeline Manager for the Southeast region. Previous roles at Year Up included Associate Director and Manager of Recruitment & Admissions. Prior to Year Up, Paola worked at Cobb County School District as an Admissions Manager and served as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead. Additional experience includes teaching as a Substitute Teacher and working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University, alongside earlier roles in office management and finance at Levine & Eskandari, LLC, and the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Art. Paola holds a Master's degree in American Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, both from Kennesaw State University.
