Ty Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and corporate engagement across various nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently, as Head of Business Development, Corporate Engagement at Year Up, Ty focuses on closing the Opportunity Divide for young adults. Previously, Ty served as Senior Vice President, Development / Corporate Partnerships at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, and as Managing Director for Corporate Partnerships at Catchafire, driving impactful change through skill-based volunteering.
