With extensive experience in workforce development, Yolanda has held roles such as Employment Placement Manager, where responsibilities included managing internship seminars and using adult learning principles to enhance participant engagement. As the Founder and CEO of Yolanda McCleary Career Coaching, Yolanda assists leaders in career transitions by identifying strengths and developing effective job search strategies. Previous roles include Training and Development Coordinator at Health Partners Plans and Career Development Instructor & Coach at People's Emergency Center, where Yolanda emphasized essential job skills and professional development. Yolanda holds a BA in English/Professional Writing from Kutztown University and is pursuing an MBA at Eastern University.
