Yvette Vargas

Yvette Vargas is an experienced professional in corporate engagement and program management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement – EOI Placement Success at Year Up since April 2018. In this role, Yvette is responsible for securing work-based experiences for Year Up students and cultivating partnerships with large corporations. Prior to Year Up, Yvette held several positions at U.S. Trust, including Associate Director of Internship Services and Program Manager, where the focus was on providing support to Institutional Support Specialists. Yvette began her career in various administrative roles, including Clerical Assistant at the Federal Defender Program Inc. and Dental Assistant at Dr. Richard Pasiewicz Dental Office. Yvette's educational background includes studies in Business Administration and Management at Harold Washington College and completion of programs at Year Up Chicago and Microtrain Technology.
