Geoff Hickman

Geoff Hickman currently serves as the Head of Customer Support at Years.com, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Geoff was the Head of Customer Service at Yell from April 2022 to August 2023. From December 2019 to April 2022, Geoff led the UK Field team at Enjoy Technology, Inc. Geoff's extensive experience at BT includes serving as the Head of Voice Services and General Manager for Operator & Directory Services from April 2013 to December 2019, and as Operations Manager and Performance Director for BT Retail in Bangalore and Chennai from March 2008 to April 2012.
