Ingénieure Biotechnologie at Yeasty

Maurine Vicente is an experienced biotechnologist currently working as an Ingénieure Biotechnologie at Onima (ex-Yeasty) since March 2023, focusing on the optimization of a de-amination process for brewing yeasts. Prior experience includes serving as an assistant engineer at CRITT Bio-Industries, where development of a purification process for a bio-sourced molecule took place, as well as a research intern at INRAE Laboratoire de Biotechnologie de l'Environnement, with a project on acetate production in a bioelectrochemical system. Early professional experience includes agricultural internships at Ferme des 4 saisons and communication responsibilities at Chambre régionale d'Agriculture Grand Est during the Salon de l’agriculture. Maurine Vicente holds an engineering degree in Bioraffinerie et Chimie Verte from AgroParisTech and a Master 2 in Biotechnologie from Université Paris-Saclay, complemented by preparatory classes for grandes écoles in the BCPST track at Lycée Pierre De Fermat.
