Seisa also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rekindle Learning Inc., a learning tech company that aims to revolutionize digital learning in high-growth firms. During their time at Rekindle Learning, the company was recognized for its innovative mobile learning solutions.

Before their role as CEO, Seisa was the Director of Business Development at Rekindle Learning, where they focused on leveraging technology and learning pedagogies to improve efficiency and reduce time to competency.

Seisa's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of House Of Glam (Pty) Ltd, a Health and Wellness as well as Lifestyle holding company. As the Founder/Director & CEO, they successfully acquired the franchise known as Camelot Spa and expanded the company's interests.

Seisa also gained experience in financial management as a Financial Controller at Deloitte Consulting and as an Investment Analyst at Flemming Asset Management.

Segametsi Nomsa Seisa attended the University of Johannesburg from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor Of Commerce degree in Accounting with a CA route. In 2017, they completed the Executive Speaker Programme at Henley Business School. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Business Advisor from the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa (IBASA).
