Rajesh Kumar Kovuri is a Delivery Manager at yellow.ai. Rajesh has been with the company since May 2019 and has been responsible for delivering multiple conversational bots for customers across different verticals. Rajesh has also handled the delivery of bots across various platforms, including Chatbot, IVR, Voicebot, WhatsApp, Alexa, Ms Teams, Facebook Messenger, and Slack. In addition, they have assisted customers in analysing user data and different analytics provided from the Yellow Messenger platform. Rajesh has also coordinated with multiple development teams with varied experience levels and handled QA initiatives and process across all bot development.

Rajesh Kumar Kovuri has a Btech in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, an Intermediate in MPC from Ratna Junior College, and a 10th Class in Sanghamitra School, Zaheerabad.
