Sulabh Singhal

Sulabh Singhal is an accomplished leader in customer engagement and professional services, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Engagement at Yellow.ai since 2024, overseeing a global customer base with significant revenue and a large team. Previously, Singhal built the Engagement Management function in India at MongoDB and led a 20-person team at WalkMe™ as Regional Vice President for Professional Services in the APJ region, driving operational excellence and significant growth post-IPO. During a decade at Medallia, Singhal held various senior roles, including Senior Director where services sales and delivery in the Americas were led, and was instrumental in establishing the company's presence in APAC and EMEA. Singhal's career began at Tata Consultancy Services and Money House, with strong educational credentials including an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology.
