Daloma Elmasu has a wealth of experience in the fields of public relations, project management, account management, and customer service. Daloma began their career in 2009 as a Public Relations Intern at the Downtown Association of Santa Cruz. In 2010, they took on the role of Account Coordinator at Dwight Bentel & Hall Communications. In 2011, they were a Paraprofessional ESL at Cabrillo College. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative and Travel Advisor at Latin America For Less, where they were responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering white-glove service. During this time, they also gained experience in customer relationship management, negotiation, cross-functional communication, time-management, crisis management, and sales. In 2014, they took on the role of Account Manager at FortyThree. That same year, they also became a Tech Practice Intern at Edelman, where they gained experience in media relations, message development, and project management. In 2016, they joined CLEVER Influencer Marketing Agency, where they held the roles of Senior Project Manager, Membership Services Project Manager, and Senior Membership Communications Associate. In 2022, they moved to Discovery USA as a Senior Account Executive, and in 2023 they became a Project Manager at Yellow Bus.

Daloma Elmasu's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from San Jose State University between 2008 and 2011, a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences and Spanish Language from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' in 2010, an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Cabrillo College between 2006 and 2008, and attendance at Santa Cruz High School and Santa Cruz Waldorf School.
