Craig A. Stoehr has extensive work experience in the legal and business sectors. Craig A. is currently the General Counsel at Yellow Card App, a leading pan-Africa cryptocurrency exchange. In this role, they are responsible for all legal and government affairs matters and also serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Group Governance + Risk Committee, as well as Board Secretary.

Prior to their current position, Stoehr served as the General Counsel at Hassad Food Company from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were a Partner and Chair of the International Transactions practice group at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP from 2017 to 2018. During their time at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, Stoehr worked on various international transactions.

Stoehr also has experience in the corporate sector. Craig A. served as the Chief Corporate Officer, General Counsel, and Head of M&A/Corporate Development at Thomas Cook Group plc from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they were the General Counsel at Eastgate Capital Group from 2012 to 2013.

Stoehr began their career at Latham & Watkins in 1994, where they eventually became a Partner. Craig A. worked on high yield debt and initial public offerings and played a key role in the firm's business development activities in Africa and Turkey. Craig A. also advised on various capital market transactions and provided legal advice to Qatar's FIFA World Cup Bid Committee.

In addition to their legal and corporate positions, Stoehr has held leadership roles in sports organizations. Craig A. served as the Chairman of The Milwaukee Mile from 2005 to 2008 and as the Chief Executive of the UIM Class 1 Powerboat World Championship from 2002 to 2003. Craig A. co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Goal Media Group Inc. from 1999 to 2001 and World Football International Inc. from 1996 to 1998.

Craig A. Stoehr has an extensive education history. Craig A. began their educational journey by completing their high school education at Oconomowoc High School, earning a High School Diploma in 1985. Following this, from 1985 to 1989, they attended the University of Minnesota, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Continuing their academic pursuits, from 1990 to 1991, Stoehr attended Marquette University Law School, working towards a Doctor of Law degree (JD) with a focus on Law. Finally, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 1991 to 1993, where they successfully completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
