Craig A. Stoehr has extensive work experience in the legal and business sectors. Craig A. is currently the General Counsel at Yellow Card App, a leading pan-Africa cryptocurrency exchange. In this role, they are responsible for all legal and government affairs matters and also serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Group Governance + Risk Committee, as well as Board Secretary.

Prior to their current position, Stoehr served as the General Counsel at Hassad Food Company from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were a Partner and Chair of the International Transactions practice group at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP from 2017 to 2018. Continuing their academic pursuits, from 1990 to 1991, Stoehr attended Marquette University Law School, working towards a Doctor of Law degree (JD) with a focus on Law. Finally, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 1991 to 1993, where they successfully completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
