Lasbery Oludimu

Lasbery Oludimu has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Lasbery currently serves as the Director of Legal Services at Yellow Card App since February 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Legal Advisor at Broron Oil And Gas Limited from May 2018 to February 2021, where they drafted and reviewed contracts with International Oil Companies and provided legal opinions on complex matters. Additionally, they coordinated and supervised activities in the legal department.

Before their tenure at Broron Oil And Gas Limited, Oludimu worked at Blackfriars Solicitors as a Senior Associate/Head of Chamber from January 2011 to May 2018. In this role, they advised clients on various legal matters, including civil, contractual, foreign investment, and immigration laws. Lasbery also drafted and negotiated commercial contracts and served as a legal and regulatory advisor to international firms and local corporations. Oludimu has experience appealing and responding to judgments at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Lasbery Oludimu completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Lagos from 2015 to 2017. Lasbery'sareas of study included Company Law, Secured Credit Transaction, Energy Law, and Administrative Law.
