Mulungi Eric Ngobi

Mulungi Eric Ngobi has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as a Resolution Specialist and Shift Lead/Supervisor at Yellow Card App since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mulungi was a Branch Supervisor at NIJARIZA Limited from December 2016 to July 2021, overseeing all branch operations. Mulungi also completed internships as a Loans Officer at Bank of Uganda and another at the Ministry of Health in Uganda in 2019. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Edinburgh Business School, Mulungi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Makerere University. Familiarity with various tools and software, including Click Up, Help Scout, and Slack, further enhances professional capabilities.
