Success Maduka

Success Maduka has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Content Writer/Community Manager for Steemit from November 2017 to December 2020. Success then transitioned to become a Digital Marketing Consultant and Web Designer at Scarletmedia Network from November 2016 to April 2022. During this time, they also worked as a Digital Marketer and Content Developer for Boundlesspay from June 2020 to December 2020. In 2021, Success joined Verasity as an eSports Community Manager from August 2021 to April 2022. Success then held the position of Africa Lead at Beam starting in May 2020. Currently, Success is working at Yellow Card App as a Customer Service Representative since November 2020 and was promoted to a Payment Processing Specialist in March 2022.

Success Maduka attended Oduduwa University from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Technology. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas: "How to Handle Poor Performers" from LinkedIn in July 2022, "Customer Success Manager (CSM) Elite" from Udemy in June 2022, "The Lean Startup" from Udemy in June 2022, "UI/UX" from Side Hustle in February 2021, and "UX Design" from Udemy: Online Courses in November 2019.
