Jesse Reade is a seasoned professional in the environmental sector with a diverse background in business development and project management. Since September 2024, Jesse has been with Yellow Jacket Drilling Services, LLC in a business development role. Prior experience includes senior account representative at Field Environmental Instruments from December 2019 to September 2024, and as heating oil tank manager at 3 Kings Environmental, Inc. from March 2018 to November 2019. Jesse's project management skills were honed at Apex Companies, LLC from September 2015 to July 2017, which also included a role as project scientist. Additional experience encompasses an environmental supervisor position at Gator Dredging and an environmental specialist role with both Kleinfelder and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Yellow Jacket Drilling Services (YJD) has built its reputation throughout the Western U.S. as being a premier provider of high level drilling services focusing on safety, performance, quality and a cost effective service. YJD specializes in, but is not limited to, providing drilling services to the Environmental, Geotechnical, Mining, Water Supply and Energy market sectors. Some of our drilling methodologies include; Direct Push, Hollow-Stem Auger, Air Rotary, Mud Rotary, Sonic, Dual Wall Reverse Circulation (RC), Air Rotary Casing Hammer(ARCH), Under-Reaming Casing Advancement (Tubex/Stratex), Flooded Reverse, Conventional and Wireline Coring. Our diverse and ever growing fleet of equipment includes Hollow Stem Auger, Sonic and various Rotary drill rigs. With our fleet we have the capability to do everything from drilling in excess of 200’ with hollow stem auger, to drilling depths beyond 2,500’ using rotary techniques. Some of our specialized rigs allow us the ability to drill in difficult access settings such as under a service station canopy, in a building, on a barge, or on a remote hillside. Our fleet is maintained through a preventative maintenance program that enables us to operate at peak performance at all times. Safety is our number one priority and all YJD employees maintain numerous industry certifications including; 40-hour OSHA, MSHA, Smith Defensive Driving, as well as certification and participation in multiple safety programs such as API and LPS. Annual refreshers and medical monitoring are mandatory, as well as daily tailgate and monthly safety meetings. We believe that our EMR ratings with a yearly average below .75 is reflective of our efforts and commitment to safety. YJD’s corporate office is located in Phoenix, Arizona; we service projects across the Western States supported from facilities located in Arizona, California, and Oregon.
